Take a moment to think about this: How important is training your customers?
Is it just as important to train your employees? Do they need to be q product expert?
The Training Conference and Expo not only highlights the advantages of having expert users and employees, it teaches attendees how to create them.
There are two main focuses this year, Micro-learning and Performance Support (PS). Micro-learning plays off of Google’s micro-moments and is applied to the training world through the delivery of information in consumable, just-in-time doses. Performance Support is any learning modality, resource, or asset that is accessible and applicable at the exact moment of need.
